Jake is the new e-QualityServiceMatters.net coordinator for the Management & Marketing department at Fort Hays State University. His primary responsibilities are
1). Helping instructors manage the Blackboard for their classes;
2). Helping the students or the instructors solve the technical problems;
3). Assisting Management and Marketing Department develop the website on e-QualityServiceMatters.net
Jake's background in information management, web and database development has made him a perfect fit for this position.
