The e-QualityServiceMatters.net site is separated into five different service areas. Each one is designed to meet a different need that you as an online students may have. These areas are:
- Department Information - is designed to provide information about the Department of Teacher Education. This includes information about the faculty student testimonials and Teacher Education news.
- Student Services - includes links to University pages that many students, from time to time, need to utilize. This page serves as a centralized site for quick access to these pages. (ex. University bookstore, library, virtual college)
- Classroom Support - refers to the e-Leadership.net support staff assistance. Here you will find many of the programs and downloads you will need to help you in your online classes. In addition, the staff can help you with course content and management issues. (ex. Support questions, technology downloads, staff profiles)
- Student Zone - is a place for students to relax and unwind. Think of this as a virtual student union where you can interact with other online students, learn more about leadership, or just play games.
